There may be an occasional issue when you need qualified assistance -
technical problems, updates needed, modifications and others. Our team reacts
within 24 hours and solves your problems quickly and efficiently.
Some sites require little if any maintenance while others need regular updating or
supervision. Often this has more to do with functionality than size.
We plan the site maintenance around your needs. For sites that require only occasional
updates and structural maintenance work we are available by the hour on-call. For large
and complex sites that need regular technical maintenance, we can offer regular monthly
maintenance plans tailored to the site's requirements.
For a typical website, modifying content is the primary maintenance need. Often we
co-manage sites with our clients. The client typically does their own copy changes and
will request that we do the more advanced changes. We are available to do changes on
an hourly or a project basis. We also have monthly rates for those clients that expect
to have many changes within a month.
